Colorado Partial Wedding Planning and Day of Coordination
Wedding date? Check. Wedding venue? Signed. Welcome to the best part of wedding planning — handing off the worry and To-Dos to a trusted wedding planner! We know your standards are high for your vendor dream team, and we're honored you've landed on our little corner of the internet.
Planning your wedding on your own is no small thing, and here's where we come in —
You have a vision for the aesthetics, but not the time to craft it. You're thrilled by the dream you see in your heads, but not the details of bringing it to life. You care deeply about how your wedding feels and want, more than anything, to be fully present to enjoy it.
Sound about right? We thought so, because we've helped hundreds of couples that felt the exact same way. Bring an open heart (and your well curated Pinterest board - we know you have one) and we'll handle the rest.
QUICK PAUSE:
If you're here because your venue requires a Day Of Coordinator, but you've been on 5 websites already and STILL don't know what the heck a DOC does... you're not alone.
THE TRUTH IS,
Day Of Coordination isn't a real thing. Maybe it was helpful back in the days when a wedding was a church ceremony and a banquet hall reception, but we believe no coordinator can show up on the day of your wedding (or even the month before) and fully understand your vision, let alone help you execute it.
So, while it's called "Day Of" Coordination in the wedding world, we prefer to call it just Coordination. Our work together starts right when you book, typically 8 months before your wedding date.
So, wait, what's the difference between Coordination and Partial Planning?
Coordination gives you full freedom in communicating with your booked vendors and styling your wedding, with us to manage all the logistics and flow on the day of
Partial planning gives you the same freedom of booking your vendors, styling your wedding, and letting us handle day-of logistics, plus our help with design and vendor communication. We communicate specifically with the vendors that have the most impact on the experience and design of your wedding: your caterer, florist, and event rentals. We've worked hundreds of weddings, so we know the little things to ask, and we can help you balance your design between the wedding trends you love and a truly personal reflection of the two of you.

Between our bi-monthly meetings and our handy dandy wedding workbook, we smooth out the bumps and snags that normally come with planning a wedding by yourself. After all, you're not just planning a wedding, but learning how to plan a wedding. And that's a lot! We layer the planning process (from choosing vendors to who's carrying the rings down the aisle) to make it feel as approachable as possible, and we're here with a decade of wedding wisdom when you need it.
There are lot of wedding planning companies out there that excel in a certain aesthetic. And we love that for them! But at Heirloom, we're about you, not fitting you into a design trend.

Instead of a signature "look" to our planning and design, we have a signature "feel", and that's warm, grounded, and meaningful. All of our couples prioritize fun and time with the people they love most, and we bet you're reading this because you feel the same way. Whether you have French champagne flutes or Tajin-rimmed tequila shots (salud!), petal pink bud vases or bright red boa-wearing llamas, it's most important to us that you look around on your wedding day and think, "Man, this is so us."

As much as we love Pinterest, we don't want your wedding to look like some pretty batched Pinterest trend. We want your wedding to look like you. We truly believe that wedding planning should be fun, and it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to craft an incredible experience for the two of you and your families. Partial planning and coordination lets us take care of the logistics for you, while letting you have a big hand in the little details. Think full planning structure, but DIY heart.
